poor insulation small room
The room size was barely acceptable. it was difficult to open my suitcase fully. the sound insulation was poor. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms, especially the shower running next door which was really disturbing.

amazing spot, seriously!
central location quiet room free refreshments
The location is perfect, right in the ciutat vella! the room had everything i needed, when i wasn't spending all my time outside exploring. It was also quiet and isolated from any street noise, which i loved. the rooftop is a great bonus. It allowed me to relax outside, and the common areas on each floor and at reception are nice. i also appreciated the free juice and sweets at the reception!
Even though we had a beautiful double room it was small and not practical at all. The mattress was so hard, but it didn't bother my stay.

there's a great café around the corner that has amazing pastries. an argentinian place is right next door, and the area has plenty more choices. the hotel does offer complimentary sweets, coffee, and orange juice every morning!

this location is great, right in the heart of the ciutat vella, you can reach anything just by walking. the hotel sits on a quiet street but is close to everything, which makes it convenient. it is very central and close to many attractions!

The staff provided quick explanations about the premises. They also offered great help with directions around the city. The room featured a comfortable bed and it was very clean. I enjoyed the rooftop area a lot.
The rooms lacked proper soundproofing. I could clearly hear neighbors talking and doors closing. This impacted my sleep.

beautiful hotel wonderful staff app use tiny room glass door uncomfortable use
the hotel features a beautiful design. the staff was wonderful . i liked the app use for hotel access. i may return on my next visit.
rooms are very tiny as other reviews mention. the door nearly touches the bed upon opening it. the glass door to the toilet and shower was difficult to use. it felt uncomfortable when sharing the room with someone.
